Instantaneously send a text or voice message based on a certain event occurring. The various Trigger Types include Inbound Calls and Text, Inbound call only, or inbound text only. Also get more selective with the trigger style (After all calls/texts – After call goes to voicemail – After calls that play message but never connect to forwarding number – After specific keyword – and more)

Event Driven after call goes to voicemail: Text: Sorry I missed your call. I’ll be in touch shortly.

Event Amount: You can determine if that caller receives this message only once after a call, or after every call.

Event Timing: You can determine if that caller receives this message immediately after a call, after a certain number of hours have passed or at a specific time after a certain number of days have passed.


Keyword Sensibility – Event and External texting are both sensitive to keywords and can send a specific response based on the keyword received.

Allows your texts to feed into your external CRM software by creating an External HTTP POST Link. Have contact records automatically created from an inbound text. Your outbound texts can easily be personalized with, for example, a name or a custom line.
