With Pay by the Usage, use what you need, when you need it. All features are enabled by default with this payment plan. You pay for what you’ve used in a single billing period. At the end of your billing period (usually a month), we calculate all of your usage and invoice you at the rates specified in the tables below.

This payment plan is recommended for analytics or call tracking where TeleTracker sits in front of your existing phone system and you need to receive calls with TeleTracker and forward them on to various numbers on your own equipment.

- We charge the same per-message rate for incoming, outgoing, SMS and MMS texts.
- As your text usage increases, we automatically bump you to the next usage tier and you pay a cheaper rate.
- Sometimes an SMS message has too many characters to be delivered to your recipient as a single text. When this happens, we break up message into many individual SMS messages and send each one to your recipient. You will be billed for each individual SMS.
- When a sender sends you a text that has too many characters, the sender will break up the text into multiple messages. We bill you for each individual SMS that we receive.

Why Interconnect with us via SIP? #
If you already have a PBX platform set up in your orgainzation, but you want to take advantage of TeleTracker’s analytics, call recording and reporting systems, we can connect with you over the Internet using SIP. This can significantly reduce your total cost of ownership since we do not need to provide a connection to the telephone network for you.
How It Works #
Instead of porting numbers to us or setting up forwarding rules with us, you send us calls via SIP that you want to record and analyize. We start processing the call metadata and audio, and then we send them back to you via SIP to be routed to where they need to go. This process happens in real time as the call progresses. You pay your existing carrier to receive phone calls (origination), and to send outgoing calls to external numbers (termination) just as you normally would. You’ll need a responsible technical party on your team that can perform the necessary implementation on your PBX system. We can also potentially mix and match telephone network origination, SIP interconnection and telephone network termination depending on your specific requirements.
