Sales Agent PIN Tracking

One way of tracking who answered that call is requiring employees to enter their personal and private 4-digit PIN in order to be connected with the caller. This way the agents can pickup calls from any phone and still be tracked.

Sales Agent Phone Tracking

Another way of determining the employee who answered or placed a call or text is by using their telephone number or business extension. This eliminates the need to enter a 4-digit PIN.

Custom Pre-Ring Outgoing Messages

You can select from one of our professionally pre-recorded messages to greet and inform your callers before the call is connected (it’s a pre-ring message)

Custom Voicemail Messages

You can record your own message to thank and further instruct your callers before they leave a voicemail message.

Whisper Messages

Masked Number Dialing

Same as “Specify outbound caller ID value”. It’s the ability to place a call and have the 10 digit ID # of your call be whatever number you choose or want.

Masked Number Forwarding

Same as “Telephone Number to forward incoming calls to”. forward a caller to up to 30 other numbers (that ring simultaneously or in a string) without the caller ever knowing… it’s seamless.

Auto Attendant

This programmed feature allows callers to enter a selection when prompted by using their phone’s keypad Ex: for sales, press 1; for customer service, press 2; etc. We often do not charge for this feature, but it also will depend on the complexity of your request.

Outbound Call Recording

TeleTracker offers a number of ways to record your outbound calls from any number of phone systems. One way that suits every phone is to set up a number that’s dedicated to outbound calling. Simply dial the dedicated outbound number, from there TeleTracker instructs you to enter the desired ending number and then connects and records it all. We recommend to pre-program the dedicated outbound number into your phone directory. If you use soft phones or SIP phones the outbound calls can be dialed directly, which will shorten this calling process.

Ring Strategies

You choose how you want to handle callers on each tracking number. Options include allowing up to 30 forwarding phone numbers to ring simultaneously (Simultaneous RIng), a linear hunt that rings each number in your string sequentially based on the number of rings you preselect (Round Robin linear hunt), or there’s also a straight to voicemail option.
